Bios Update... WTF -Help-

Can someone please explain to me how to update my bios please, i'm no wizard!

the reason i want to update is because i have a CPU that needs Bios version 6

 

CPU: AMD Athlonx4 860k (since bios F6) <---- cpu i want

Motherboard: GA-F2A88X-UP4
 

currently i have AMD A6 5400K, i got this cpu because my motherboard didn't come pimping with Bios version F6 and it didn't post.

 

now im having some issues!!! im going crazy u see.... they say i dont need to update bios if i dont need 2.. but im guessing i do because i cant use the CPU i want

who said it.. google!

 

anyways to keep it short.. how do i update from f4 to f6 like a boss with no problems..... please someone...

Unzip it using 7ZIP or some other program then use the executable to flash the BIOS (double click it).

i get some error... i clicked on autoexec : Cannot run due to incompatibility with 64-bit version
