Steam.exe is gone

So I was playing GTA when I was no longer able to connect to the servers, I closed the game and when I went to relaunch it I got this https://gyazo.com/1b51664ea226f69e7234d99c74d2d4d3 this also happens when I launch it from the start menue and the steam.exe file isn't in the steam folder

I made a backup of my steam apps folder and uninstalled steam. This didn't work and I tried it again. No matter what I do I can't get steam back to normal if anyone knows the problem can you please help me.

Did you 100% uninstall everything related to Steam including the shortcut?

Yes but it doesn't work. I even tried downloading the steam.exe file it's self

I fixed it, all i had to do was run Ccleaner and it worked

How many megabytes or gigabytes was removed?

1.12 Gigabytes but I had lots of stuff to delete. Only thing is I had to re add the desktop shortcuts for the games maulually
