sometimes unable to boot

hello,

i got this issue since i built my pc 2 years ago, sometimes when i turn it on, on windows loading screen, for  some reason it restarts several times until it boots normally.

i did clean windows installations several times with no progress, and now running windows 10 with same issue.

what could be?, because sometimes when i need it the most it doesnt boot.

My pc had problems with this when I had the upgraded version of Win. 10 - A clean install fixed it

Dodgy boot drive possibly? Run a S.M.A.R.T scan to see if there's any cause for concern.

as for boot drive, i had a toshiba 500gb hdd, now days i have samsung evo 250gb ssd, with the same issue problem.

Unplug the power and hold the start button for 30 seconds might fix it
