how to unscrew mounting screw for H110i GTX

hi all

 

i've gone and done something stupid.

 

i mounted the standoffs for the AMD instead of the intel for the Corsair h110i gtx and now they're stuck to the motherboard and backplate and i can't use my hands to unscrew them.

 

is there any way for me to remove them?

 

any tips appreciated.

Wrap thick duct tape around the pinches on a pair of pliers so it doest scratch up the screws,
