Which cooler should I use?

I want to move my micro atx mobo from a big case to a slim one. I have a 125 watt tdp rated phenom ii x4 945 cpu. The case I want to put it in is 13" x 14" x 4" inches and only has ventilation on the front and rear, with only a 90mm fan on the front for exhaust. Should I try to do this? What would you recommend for a suitable cpu cooler? Stock speeds.

Do you have the stock cooler?

Yes, will it be enough with the small space and poor air circulation?

It should be with a nearby exhaust.
