Hey guys being a fan of the group for some time, but lately being more into the videos as time gave me the chance, now I come to the community for some feedback

Mostly this build is a group of component that i plan on having at some point, i just want to start now the planning stage to keep an idea where to go, it will be separated in 4 parts:

Uses:
 - Antivirus
 - Firewall
 - QoS and Routing managing
Time:
 - 3 to 5 Years of use before upgrade
Software:
 - pfSense (probably)

Uses:
 - Media Sharing
 - Main File Sharing and Storage
 - Data Securing
 - bittorrent
 - SQL server
 - Computer Backup
 - others?
Time:
 - 5 Years of use before upgrade
Size:
 - Start of 4 TB
Software:
 - Freenas

Uses:
 - Heavy CAD and CAE use
 - Design
 - Light Gaming
 - Desktop Computer Backup for the Laptop
Time:
 - 5 Years of use before upgrade
Programs to use:
 - Ansys
 - Catia
 - Autocad
 - Autodesk Revit
 - Adobe Suite
 - MatLab
 - LabView
 - Microstation
 - Inventor
 - Solidworks
 - Abaqus

Uses:
 - Document handling
 - Remote Desktop access and use
 - Web browsing
Time:
 - 1 to 3 Years of use before upgrade

Those are the uses I want to have or expect to have on them, I'm Choosing to have all items except for the laptop(obviously) on a rack enclosure so all items would go on 2U and a 4U chassis plus a backup supply of power in case of power failure.

Also to be noted this build is on the idea that I'm planning on moving out of my godforsaken country into the US as a student of mechanical engineering, that is why the workstation is mostly geared toward computing heavy work.

now to what i have seen and plan on getting(bear in mind i was doing this in late time so im mostly taking prices out of amazon and will put a link of a wish list in here, plus a small review of all the parts):
