No Internet New PC HELP

So I built a PC and everything is fine exept after installing all the MSI drivers I had no Ethernet.

I believe this is because of Killer Network Manager but I don't know how to fix it.

Specs

I3 6100

16gb Corsair Vengence Ram

Asus gtx 750ti

Msi z170a m5

Corsair CX700

Nzxt s340

Are you absolutely sure that you have all the motherboard drivers required?
