Hdmi 1.4b to DVI dual link

No, HDMI only adapts to single-link DVI. HDMI only has 19 pins, same as single-link DVI. The extra pins on "dual-link" adapters are only dummy pins and aren't connected to anything, that's still only a single-link adapter in disguise.
