When I upgraded from 8.1 to 10 it installed Win10 drivers. However my 8.1 drivers weren't broken. I'm going to say that it will probably install new drivers.

if this is the same system you have been having issues with, prolly not going to

fix it with an OS upgrade. a lot of win7/8/X drivers are the same, so what is "broken"

in a driver/install will still be present.

only real fix is to backup any personal data/projects/media and reinstall the OS (win7)

as a clean install. to me going back through some of your other issues, sounds like

some incomplete install/removal issues.

It will depend which drivers you are talking about. If you are talking about windows built-in drivers then they will automatically be upgraded to a win10 version if it exists.

If you have installed drivers your self then these drivers need to be uninstalled and new win10 versions installed.

yes, a clean install. make sure you have the necessary drivers (up to date)

needed for the clean install.

chipset drivers

intel engine management driver

lan driver

USB 3.0 driver

GPU driver (usually connect to nVidia after system is completed)

Is there a way to just uninstall windows and not everything on the ssd. Also will i be able to reuse my disk from the first time even though i already used the code?

you should be able to re-activate using the same COA OS code.

no to your question on uninstalling OS. you'll need to remove any saved data for

the reinstallation. as when you do a clean install, you'll wipe the drive clean for

a fresh foundation of good information installed.
