Does 15.11.1 CCC contain the framtime improvements that Crimson has?

Just curious.

There is 15.11.1 Crimson BETA and 15.11.1 CCC. I just want to know if the only difference is shader caching and the looks of the panel.

probably, I'm not sure though. when I tried it there still was the ccc (although some stuff was just gone from it for whatever reason), so maybe the package contains both
