Best Pc monitors

i am looking for the best pc monitor for under $250 AUD for chrismas 

the monitor has to support hdmi and display port would just be a bonus i have been lokking at lg's LG 25UM57-P Black 25inch 5ms GTG HDMI Widescreen LED Backlight LCD Monitor IPS

which i can buy new for $259 from a computer store.

i need a monitor that is fast and looks great because i eill be watching 1080p and higher content. 

i would like somthhing that is easy to multitask on because i work from home and i need to have google sredsheets for work gumtree (australia's creigs list) for my work.

i need some thing that would be no worrie for my r7 370 4g msi card to run on i currently am using a tv the you cant see text clerly at 1080p but some better at 480p.

i am in australia on the goldcoast it would help if the store is local or can buy online.
