Hyperx Cloud 2 Random disconnect issue. Help

I've had my Hyperx Cloud 2's for a while now and have loved them. However recently whilst using this headset it seems to randomly disconnect every once in a while and I've had to switch usb ports due to two of them not working with the headset but working with everything else. If anyone could help I'd be very thankful. 

 

Seems to disconnect after I move the cord sometimes.
