I need a tv please help

Im running a single 980ti and i want a really good looking tv to play games on i want it to run at least 60 hz and no more then 5 mil sec response time im also looking for at least 40 inches any suggestions would help

i play on 3-40" tvs.... just cant sit 2" from the screen

4k 40" MONITOR... with hdmi and DP.  5ms, and high res for that 980ti

Why not go for 2 or more smaller monitors? 2 24" monitors would be my reccomendation, would probably be cheaper as well.

Unless you're gaming on a couch.. In which case anything made by Samsung is pretty good.

Ultrawide is your friend basically a tv with awesome response times

what does sitting on a couch have to do with it? And like i said... there is NO NO NO NO tv that has a 5ms response time. Thats just life. Your only option for 5ms is to get a monitor
