Windows firewall breaks my internet

Hey, a couple weeks ago I uninstalled McAfee which resulted in my losing all internet on my web browsers until I decided to disable firewall. Disabling it brought back internet on my PC, but I really want to put firewall back on.

 

I was wondering if there was any way to do this by fixing whatever it is that's causing my internet to not work?
