memory OC stuck on

so a little while ago i overclocked my ASUS R9 390x OC STRIX and everytime i switch to the custom OC profile the memory clock gets stuck at the 1620MHz overclock no matter which profile i switch to. is this just a problem with gpu tweak or is there something im doing wrong. (using simple mode for profile switching)
