Hello my friend just got psu from rma and when he try turn on pc and monitor says no signal gpu is r9 280x.

Do any of the fans come on? Have you tried the onboard graphics chip if you have one?

No its no my pc it's my friends he lives in other town, he had a problem since first time he installed gpu, TV said no signal but he did something and it's been fine since, the he's psu failed, could bad psu fry gpu, he is used no 500W Lepa psu.
