hd 7770 vs r7 250

i have these 2 cards laying around, and i wanna give one to my friend. his card is a gt210. so both of these are alot better than his.

 

but which among the 2 are better, ive been reading online and they both seems kinda even to me

When I look it up the HD 7770 crushes the R7 250. Do they have the same amount of VRAM?
