hd 7770 vs r7 250

i have these 2 cards laying around, and i wanna give one to my friend. his card is a gt210. so both of these are alot better than his.

 

but which among the 2 are better, ive been reading online and they both seems kinda even to me

There is no such thing as a bad PC, there are only BETTER PCs

Isn't the HD 7770 just a R7 250x aka better than a 250
