Problem with data on Galaxy S3

So background info on my phone.

Went from an HTC Raider to an S3 that I was given that was unlocked from Wind so I can use it on Rogers. I'm using the same SIM that was cut from Mini to Micro so it would fit.

I used to get 4G on the HTC, sometimes dropping to 3G in the skytrain tunnels, now on the S3 I only get 3g at all times and it drops to G and E in the skytrain tunnels. I noticed that I used to get slow service in the tunnels even if it stayed on 4G.

I've gone into the network settings and tried changing it from AUTO to GSM only and do a manual search for Rogers network but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Anyone know what gives, and had an S3 with the same issues on Rogers network?

I think your S3 is not the LTE model. There are many different variants for the S3 out there.
