Good PC build?

Hey all, I'm trying to get into building my own desktop, and i compiled a list of these parts. Could you guys tell me if this would be a good setup, and what should I add to it?

With a 212 Evo i'd try out 4.2ghz at first and see how it does, if it does good then try for 4.4 . might be lucky will the sillicon lottery and get a nicely overclocking chip.

Ill try it out, first time building a commuter or actually getting the parts lol  . how do i get the overclock? is it a software or something?
