Hey, I want to make a dedicated game-server for minecraft and hosting a website.

 

My idea was to go intel, but nothing above an i5.

 

I know many game-servers have better than an i5, but I want a budget server.

 

I will be getting 16gb ram MINIMUM, but I just want to know what CPU would be best for a 

 

Dedicated game-server build.

 

My budget is $650

I want to build my own server at home. I don't need to pay them for something I can get for cheaper, at one price, never to be paid for again. Except for maintainance.
