Windows 10 microphone not working

Recently I upgraded Windows from 8.1 to 10 and microphone doesn't work, headphones are NATEC genesis hx66 I installed drivers from their site for Windows 10 but it did not work, I installed audio driver motheboard Asus (M5A78L-M LX3), someone can help me?

try changing the usb port,and if it is in the front try one in the back
