Micro ATX build suggestions

Hi everyone my name is Ekias and I need some help building a micro atx build, I've been out of the loop on technology for the past year and I need help to figure out something good. Anything would help.

 

Budget and Location:

Anywhere between 1000 and 1500 but no more than 1500 In USD$ I live in the United States of America

 

Aim:

I'm going to be doing some video and photo editing, some gaming mainly on steam(I wont be doing anything super spectacular), web browsing, and college work that includes using microsoft office etc., I also want it to be fairly quiet. As I mentioned I am planning on building this using a Corsair 350D Micro ATX chassis 

 

Monitors:

I am planning on eventually running dual monitors but don't worry about them with pricing ill deal with them and I would like it to support WQHD, UHD, FHD, and QHD. I'm not super familiar with these resolutions but im planning on purchasing a higher resolution monitor. For now I only plan on using 1 monitor.

 

Peripherals:

I wont be needing any peripherals right now, I only need Windows OS

 

Why am I upgrading?:

I'm upgrading because my computer has run it's course and died. It's out of date, and the graphics card has burnt out. I only have a laptop right now and I need a better desktop computer.
