So i recently got a PC. It started off working fine but then the PSU went wrong and did not supply enough power (It was a Corsair 500w) but i got it fixed and now have a CoolerMaster 750w. But that's not the problem. The problem is that i start up the PC and i have a DVI output which connects to a DVI-VGA Adapter that then connects to my LG E2242 22" Monitor. The PC either loads up the MSI motherboard start up screen (In Image Selection) or it goes to a blue error screen (See 3rd image) or nothing happens and the monitor says "D-SUB Power Saving Mode". That's the first part of my problem. The second part is basically i posted a few images in this post and if anyone reading this knows what the mean/represent or whats screwing up my computer if you could reply to the post that would be great! (The MSI Startp and the D-SUB Image are there to relate to whats above. So i dont need to know what they mean thanks :P) Also sorry if the images arent the best of quality, i took them on my Samsung Tab 2 :P

Specs -

OS- Windows 7 64bit SP1

Motherboard - MSI 770t-C45

CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2Ghz

Graphics Card - ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series

HDD - 500gb Green Editon Western Digital And Another 500gb older one, unsure on make, but nothing is on the older one :P.

RAM - 2gb Corsair Vengeance DDR2 and 2gb (Unsure on make would have to take it out and look but dont want to risk anything at the moment :P) DDR2

*My Computing skills are not great i would class myself as an amateur. So i wont be able to do much heavy stuff but a solution would be nice as a know a few people :)*

Thanks Tom (TheNobody)

is the Graphics Card  on the mother board

if the Graphics card plugs into a slot.. make sure it is  plugged in good.. and check to make sure all cables are plugged in good

make sure your booting to the right hard drive.

do you know how to get into safe mode?, press f8 after post(bios loads) and windows advanced boot options should pop up. try going to safe mode with networking to see if it works. Also if it worked before go to the Repair my computer option and when the menu pops up go to system restore and select a earlier point in time when your PC worked fine.

Have you tried re-flashing the bios?

The NetIO.sys, could be a corrupt driver....

What i would try is running sfc /scannow to check and repair your system files (do this in windows if you can get in. or in windows repair mode using command line) and report back to us when your done
