cisco packet tracer

So, i downloaded the newest JAVA, PAcket tracer skill 6.2 and 6.1.1 and flashplayer and disabled every adblock firewall defense there is.

but i still can't get the java jp2launcer.exe to work

when i want to start the assesment the window says that the jnlp file takes to long to load, and in my taskbar i see the jp2launcher.exe still doing his shit.

 

can someone tell me what  migh be wrong here?
