Need Help making Team Logo

I'm not sure where this would go, but I need help making a Team logo for a CSGO Team. 

 

I threw one together as a filler when I was making the team, but its awfull and just bad. 

 

I know Photoshop but I cant seem to make anything quality from scratch. 

 

So any help would be appreciated.
