Program for kinda 3d modeling?

Is there a program where i can like modell how i want my room to look in detail like i want a let say a uplift desk and a mouse and keyboard... you know what im saying, kinda like that program you can find on ikea computers.

Sketch up should be the easiest way. For a advanced 3d modelling software you have blender that is free.
