So basically my question here is; Why is my CPU sucking so much dick, and how do i make it stop?

I mean a 4 core 4690 clocked at 3.5GHz should never perform twice as bad as a  2 cored 3317U clocked at 1.7GHz, right?

My RAM is 16gb of Kingston HyperX Beast

Your CPU is just idling. Also, what's the temps of your CPU?

Just saw your system spec. I believe it's the CX430. Change that ASAP. @Rappelin

Dont worry, they are used interchangeably (Even though they shouldnt :P) There should be  asettings tab then reset to optimized defualts, or a option like that
