Video Memory Stress Test

So when playing on ultra or very high settings with my r9 380 4gb the pc opts to shut down sometimes, is there a  good tool to check is everything is alright with my card? would this work : https://www.technibble.com/repair-tool-of-the-week-video-memory-stress-test/ ?

i5-4690k, R9 380 4gb, 8gb-1600MHz ram, corsair vs 550w, astrock h97m anniversary.

it is almost definitely the power supply. happened to my friend 2 days ago, he replaced the PSU and no more problems (corsair doesnt have the best PSUs)

just for the sake of being sure i need to check the gpu before going for warranty stuff
