Razer orbweaver not working properly

Hello,

Greetings,

I have owned an orbweaver for almost a year now but recently some of it's button's started behaving weirdly,I didn't change anything about my pc at all.The thing is some of it's mechanical buttons only work when pressed repeatedly,the problem is with the mechanical 20 buttons only,the other buttons work perfectly fine,and most of the 20 buttons also work perfectly,it's just that a few of them don't work.Is something wrong with it mechanically or is the problem software related?I have the latest synapse as well.Please try and help

It's Razer, so it's a physical problem with the switch.
