What is your download speed, and upload?

If you're streaming 720p @30fps on a 10mb upload, you should be able to get by with a netflix stream running on the same line.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Well I dunno yet but we are moving to a place that only has ADSL which is usually 8-10 megabits.

Hello guys, just wondering if a 10 mbit connection is enough for 1 user to stream video like netflix or tv on demand and the other user (me) to game with not too much lag or if I can limit the other user to reduce the lag.

Yes, should be enough.  Netflix content usually caps out at around 5800Kbps, which is slightly more than half your total download bandwidth.

Until you run a speedtest at the property you can't determine if it'll be up to the job or not. And i personally never go by the term "megabits" when referring to internet speed. I wanna see some damn numbers :)
