Not all msi boards have terrible layouts, but some have issues with the layout.

MSI H81m-e33 doesn't have that issue.

MSI 970 Gaming doesn't have that issue.

MSI B85-G41 PC Mate and G43 don't have that issue.

B85m-e45 doesn't have that issue.

Asus H81m-e doesn't have that issue.

Asus H81m-plus doesn't have that issue.

Asus P8H77-M LE miiiiiiight have that issue, but it looks like it'd be fine.

I'm having a hard time finding a board from either manufacturer with that problem.
