Hi all,

 

As expected, water cooling pumps generate noise- although it is little, it is still prevalent and diminishes the idea of a 'silent' system. Apart from the obvious, I assume that a case (like the Define R4/R5) would be more than capable of drowning out such noise?- or would the effect be minimal?

yup, i enjoy my silentbase 600,noise & temperatures are fine

remember what uncle ben said ... with great noise insulation comes less airflow
