Help BSOD Issue, BAD_POOL_CALLER

Information: The blue screen occurred while I was playing Fallout 4 Med/High Settings and this is the first time I've had a memory failure, but other than that I haven't any other blue screens while playing for 4-5 days already.

I already know this is a Ram issue and but I'm wondering if it's anything serious.

- Ram for anyone wondering: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz

· OS - Windows 8.1, 8, 7, Vista: Windows 10 Home 64 bit
· What OS was originaly installed on the system? Windows 8.1 OEM from retailer
· Age of system (hardware): Computer was built Late 2013, December to be exact.
· Age of OS installation: Very recently - last month, i had to reinstall.
· CPU model AMD A8-5600K
· GPU: Sapphire Radeon R7 260x
· Mobo: Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H
· Power Supply - brand & wattage: Corsair 850w
