Hi Mate,

If you think there is a possibility of you going water cooling anytime in the future be it AIO or Custom then I would definitely strongly consider the CM 690 II Adv and the Fractal Arc Midi R2.

If you want quiet air cooling then the Define R4 would be my choice.

The 690 II Adv is a more mature case, but I love it for doing cpu/single gpu water cooling builds in.

I have the Zalman Z11 plus now... Not happy with it, its really poorly built for my liking

If you want something compact and nice build quality there is the new Fractal Design Arc Mini R2..

or go for the R4 if you want more room.

I would choose something with good build quality if you can afford it, like Fractal Design, Bitfenix, Corsair, Silverstone, or even some Zalman cases are ok if you want it cheaper.
