First Build

This is my first build so any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. My budget atm is around $800, but is flexible i dont mind waiting. The PC is mainly meant for gaming and surfing web, I play mostly Heroes of the Storm and other MOBAs and i would like to play them on max settings, aswell as being able to run Skyrim (with mods), Fallout 4, OverWatch, and Witcher 3 in pretty decent graphics if possible with the budget. The only part i will not change is the case i love the case's built in cable managment (bit of ocd when it comes to my cables being everywhere). Currency will be in CAD and I have a local shop memoryexpress.com that i would prefer to get my parts from but if not available i dont mind ordering them online but i do not want used parts.

For the storage i would like to use my 2tb HD i already bought and a SSD but not a very large one just enough for 1 or 2 games and OS

I do also have 12gb of ddr3 ram in my pc at the moment so idk if its worth buying brand new ram or just using the old ones, any suggestions on parts or even a completly different build or even just basic build tips greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help

Wow thank you for the quick response, I just have one question. I noticed people really prefer the Intel cpus when it comes to gaming over the AMD cpus just wanted to know why ?
