Cpu led red. Not posting

RAM issue

The red led means problem with CPU. Check the 8pin CPU power connector. Make sure its all the way in. Unplug it and plug it again. If that doesn't help, reseat the CPU. Give it a bit of wiggle when you do it.

Tried already still red. could my cpu  be spoiled? Its brand new
