I'm having issues with my third display, a Samsung TV from the xbone deal best buy had a while back. Its really choppy when moving windows about. I haven't noticed it acting choppy when I have videos or other stuff displayed there. Here's a shitty video of what is happening. Please pardon the shakiness :|

Any ideas on why its doing this? Or how to fix it? Its more of a nuisance more than anything :|

The TV is running at 60hz connected via HDMI. My other 2 monitors are running Asus VG248qes at 144hz connected with display ports. My GPU is a GTX 980. CPU is a 4770k. Running Windows 10.

It is screen tear, you have to use the same display output on all monitors to prevent that from happening.
