Compatiblity Question

I was thinking of purchasing a HyperX Cloud II for my PS4. I know it doesn't support surrond whilst using it on a console, but what if I paired it with something like the Turtle Beach DSS 2? Then would I be able to use the headset's surrond capabilties? Or am I better off with something else? Thanks!

No, only joking :P I'm not sure if it supports it. I don't know if it's something the headphones themselves do with a controller. If so, then great. If not... Stereo works great for spacial perception, so long as you have open-ended headphones (i.e. not the Cloud IIs.)

 

Put on a set of headphones and listen to the Virtual barbers shop.
