Noticed low fps ( -100 from usual ) in csgo ( lowest settings ) and my cpu and gpu usage doesnt go past 50% for whatever reason... gpus is gtx760

latest driver causes even more bullshit including random blackscreens and windows log errors confirmed it was the driver . currently on 355.82

I've honestly been contemplating going back to windows 8.1

Windows 10, even after a fresh install, is just so broken (If I play a full screen game, or full screen windowed, after I close it the start menu doesn't work until I reboot. And If it does work, it's in the top left of my screen).
