I have my i7 940 running at 4.3 Ghz on an EVGA x58 SLI board. I will post specs when I get home tonight. Hope that helps.

My settings may not work on your board, but at least it is a try.

Cool thank you

stock its 22x133. if you lock the multi to 24 and then increase the base clock to around 150 you should be able to run it at 3.5-3.7ghz and keep the cpu core voltage under 1.4v :)

I have my i5-750 @ 3.8ghz, 1.385V. I think it's set up as 20x190 with RAM running just under 1600 MHz. It might help you a bit. I will try for 4 GHz one bright day though. But for now I'm a little worried to go to 1.4V or higher. Has anyone here some experience with high voltage on those?

I think it really depends on motherboard vrms. My motherboard had a really weak vrm that was known to blow if vcore went over 1.25v or so.
