graphic card fan problem

Hello

I have soms problems with my graphic card

when I turn my PC on than does my graphics card fan it for 3 seconds and then it stops for 5 seconds and then he turns back

whats the problem ??

make sure the cpu 8 pin is plugged in correctly

no the cables that go in to power the cpu by the motherboard heatsink if there not plugged in correctly it can cause whats happening to happen

yess i am building a pc and i placed everything right but it dont work

you should check your gpu to your friend,or neighbor pc..(check if motherboard pci 2.0 or 3.0 & need more watt power supply like 700watt or 800watt)

If this is what it is doing, the GPU is busted and needs RMA.
