Ok so here is the deal. Randomly when I am on my computer(specs in my sig) I get this on my main screen:post-6374-0-67978700-1376867207.jpg

I have tried another monitor and it does the same thing. When I reboot the system it works fine again. Is it my GPU? I just bought it 3 weeks ago so I hope that is not it. I am overclocking. Could that be it?

I have my cpu at 4.2 ghz and the temps for it at 100% load are under 120F. And my GPU is overclocked to 1.1GHZ and stays under 45C.

Any help is appreciated.

Take out your graphics card and run off of IGPU, if it works it's your card. It looks like a graphics card failure to me.

voltage is normally what breaks things so whats the volts for everything, also try a different display socket eg change from dvi to vga to see if the port is dead, try another monitor if possible(connect to TV will do).

Well I forgot to mention that before I got a new card it did it as well. Just not as bad just green lines across the screen. But tomorrow I will swap them out and try it all day to see if it does it again.

Thx

O please no.

Can't be this bad. Make sure you check it in another computer if possible it could be another component ... when my 9800gtx broke I bought my 560ti and never released that my motherboard have a PCIe 1.0 slot and not the PCIe 2.0 making the card useless and forcing me to change the motherboard. Because I had to change the motherboard, the RAM and the CPU wouldn't be compatible with the new one... to put it short £600 had to be spent in the following week :( When life falls down on me it makes sure it hits me head on. (btw I were like 13 back then so £600 was a large kick in my man diamonds xD)
