32 Bit CPU have registers, addresses and ALU and FPU;s which are 32 bit wide meaning they can only process 4 Bytes of data at a time and store it as well as access 3-4 GB of Ram (hold up).

64 Bit CPU have Regesters, ALU and FPU and memory controllers which can hold up to theraticly 17 billion GB and are (reg/fpu) which are 16 Byte or 64 bit wide meaning they can hold up to

8 Byte of data and can process 8 Byte of data each cycle.

This is 8 bytes, not 16. And it's 256TB, not 17 billion GB. Dependant on the cache, it can usually have 8MB stored as it acts as the buffer between the RAM and CPU, and it can process 8 bytes each cycle.

this isnt really the place to find understanding with the the complexity and operation of an IC.. dude I commend your thought process and encourage you to learn as much as you can. This community  can  help you!

Wait

Aren't the Registers one Byte only?

I'm a bit lost but don't confuse bit for byte since 8 bits are a byte  :)

Yes I believe all of that is correct, it's what we learned in Computing (Higher level)

No Bro, 8 bits are a Byte, probably a miss type  ;)

A CPU can only do one "thing" per clock and each instruction takes 4 ticks to complete, therefore you can only have 4 instructions running at the same time. As for the registers, if I've done the maths correctly are roughly 520,000 each. Each CPU has 16 registers, 520,000*16=8320000. 8320000 bytes = roughly 8Mb.
