So I have a black screen on win 8.1. It's weird to I can open up programs Iike task manager and the apple iTunes update pops up but I can't acces the charms or anything else. System restore wont work I get an error saying that an antivirus likely is preventing it, however I can't disable the antivirus because I can't get into windows. Safe does the same thing. Disk check, and system refresh dont work. Microsoft says its a driver problem but I'm thinking maybe the antivirus messed somthing up. So if u know how to solve this please say however if u don't think it's solvable please tell me the best way to back up my data.

It is caused by W8.1, and you should go back to W8 until W8.1 is offically released.

To backup your data buy externial hard drive.
