Black screen after post screen

Hello there. After reading pinned topics I have desided to start this one hoping to find a source of a problem.

I was browsing web while talking with my friend on Skype, when screen turned black. As far as I can understand windows did not crashed, because I was still able to continue talking via Skype.

After I've pressed reset button PC started to boot normally, there was a single beep sound from mobo speaker, post screen appeared and than black screen again.

I've tried to enter bios setup but settings screen appeared for a second and than black screen again.... After several attempts same story happened.

Black screen, no indication of HDD use and noise of spinning fans...

Already tried another GPU, taking out battery from mobo, and all sorts of RAM manipulations. Still no results.

Will be thankful for all suggestions.

I guess tomorrow will take my pc to some local service center.
