Wiring/conecting/controlling fans

Hi,

Im nearing the end of my build and am stuck thinking of one thing since the start..

I have have just ordered my second 360 rad, both rads will be push/pull, which means 12 fans (vardar 3000rpm) 1 rear fan + 1 bottom fan (corsair AF)

How/where do i connect 14 top of the market fans and how do i control them? My rads will probably block access to my 5.25 bays (i will be mod'ing case just to squeeze them in) I dont have a problem with a good looking external fan controller on my desk

Since i probably wont have a free 5.25 can i use something like this...

I assume they are the 4 pin PWM versions, for those you can use two of theses swiftech PWM splitters but it will become a group controlled unit.
