New laptop

Hi.

So i need help which laptop to buy. I'm wondering betwen this two. I'm buying used laptop and please just help me out with these 2. 

On first there is:

 

Dell Inspiron 3737 - i7 4500U, 8gb, 1tb, 17.3, 8870m, + bag + cooling pad 

HP ProBook 450 G1 i7 4702QM, 8gb, 1tb, 15 , 8850m

 

The DELL has bigger screen, better gpu, and has warranty which is really important to me.

 So the HP has  a stronger CPU, but weaker gpu, smaller screen and no warranty at all. 

 

So my biggest question is will that 4500U do good job on visual studio, diablo 3 and wow?

 

Will that 2 extra cores on hp do really really big difference?
