Hello!

I don't know if i have posted in the correct category, nor if theres any help to get from here - It's kind of a long shot, but whatever, an answer is better that none.

So, i bought a server at SovaHost, wich are co-located at OVH Systems (Europe, Paris).

I installed a TeamSpeak3 server, and a CSGO server on it. No problems there.

The problems comes in, that some users are not able to connect to the server. It's just like  if the port wasnt open. So i filed a ticket, asking if anything was blocked, wich it isnt.

Some users can, however easily connect without any trouble. Some online port scanning tools sees the ports as open, while other sees them as closed.

If anyone knows what could be wrong, have tried it before or if you have a solution.. Everything is greatly appeciated.

Do you need more information, to help me solve this mystery, let me know. Thanks in advance!

If some users can connect and others can't it's usually not a serverside problem. Are all the people who can't connect from the same place? The first thing that comes to my mind is a node between the user and the server that's down or otherwise not functioning correctly.

What i have discovered is, that if the users arent using fiberoptic connections, but cobber (usually in Denmark this would be TDC/Tele Danmark customers) they acan't connect.

And then again, my brother, wich is using TDC is able to connect to both the gameserver and voiceserver.
