But how? wrap the entire thing with 'em?

you eliminate dust problems by buying a functional case, not an unpractical showpiece.

So I take it that you're against buying this case?

You buy like a roll and cut them to needed size and find a way to keep them in place without masking it ugly

Yeah it looks like the answer is you don't.  It's like a really fancy car you put on display and never drive because it could get dirty :)

Seriously, You could do many things like wrapping dust filters but anything I can think of would seriously defeat the purpose of its design and looks

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

or you can cut a long piece out and wrap it around were thees no glass on side, that would look pretty cool if you make it tight enough so it doesn't sag or jiggle a lot
