I need a new MB

Hey My maximus vi extreme aparently died on me today therefore I need a new bord,

Here comes the question what border should I get ? I have been looking at the maximus vii formula any thoughts?

MB: Asus Maximus VII Formula -- CPU: Intel i7 4770K -- Ram: Corsair Vengance 16GB  -- GPU: Gigabyte GTX780 Ghz -- Case: NZXT H440 


PSU: Corsair CX750M --Display: Samsung 23" 1080p LED -- Labtop: Acer Aspire S7


Keybord: Razer Deathstalker -- Mouse: Razer Naga Epic Chorma -- Mousepad: Razer Goliathus XL -- Speaker: Razer Leviathan -- Headset: Razer Tiamat 7.1

How old is your current motherboard?

From April 2014, I can't RMA it because I scratched it on the standoffs :/ but I'm assuming my insurance will cover this

An ASRock Z97 Fatal1ty would work, an Asus Z97 Sabertooth would work, tbh you don't need to spend so much on the motherboard...

I know the value is probably better in the sabertooth but I don't find the difference in pricing so bad, and between the formula and sabertooth I'll use the extra money for the little features and looks :D after all I have a side window
